We love all of our clients at SPHYNX, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Waxing Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. LATE ARRIVAL

In order to respect the time of our clients and staff, we ask that you arrive to your appointment on time. Clients arriving later than 10 minutes will forfeit the original appointment and be asked to reschedule.

LATE CANCELLATIONS

We understand life happens. If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, we ask that notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

NO-SHOWS

We know unforeseen circumstances may come up, however repeat No-Showers will be asked to be taken in as walk-in only after 3 consecutive offenses.

WALK-INS

We love taking new clients! Walk-ins will be accommodated upon availability. To ensure an appointment time, we ask that you book in advance.
